The Lander Community & Convention Center features a large multipurpose space that is 9,387 square feet, three break out rooms which are approximately 500 square feet, reception/lobby/gallery which is 1,826 square feet, bar area which is 769 square feet and two outdoor patios .
NO SMOKING The Lander Community and Convention Center is a non-smoking facility. If evidence of smoking is found inside the Community and Convention Center building you will be assessed a $250.00 smoking fee.
Alcohol Permissions
There are three (3) options for alcohol in the facility:
- Alcohol Catering Permit from a local retail liquor license dealer – fee $50 per day
- Malt Beverage Permit (malt beverages only) individuals and community organizations eligible – fee $50 per day
- Give alcohol away at no charge, with the signature on an indemnity agreement, holding the City of Lander harmless if there should be an incident stemming from alcohol.
